Team Description

The Finance team works on the financial/treasury aspects of club operations

Challenge:

• As an emerging organization, we have a comparatively limited internal finance system set up right now, so a lot of questions will need to be answered in the next semester or two.
• As a club, we must have processes to accept funding from external parties, as well as Penn. We need to have a streamlined internal spending / approval / accounting system as well.
  • Q1: How would you go about setting up such a system? Talk about the key components and how you plan to execute them. There is no right answer, but you should be able to find a lot of helpful info online or via talking to treasurers in other clubs.
